Very Good

The facility was well maintained if a bit dated, the staff were AMAZING and so helpful to us while we dealt with some sickness. Our room was huge with a great valley view.

We had been led to believe the dinner was included in the rate and were unpleasantly surprised to discover that it was a quite expensive addition to the cost that was not worth the quality of the food.

Comfortable and safe, with delicious and generous breakfast and amazing staff

The staff was extremely nice, very helpful and professional. As a guest, you feel welcome.

The wifi connection was weak and the hotel is a bit outdated. But it’s not a big deal…!

dont recomend for people with kids maybe more couples

the room size was big and good and the best was the view,the breakfast was various and yummi, the receptionist the first day was really helpful since we needed a pharmacy near midnight .

we had to fix l siphon while in z room, qt nught my daughter vomitted so we called and asked for bed sheets they said search in the closet &if u dnt find it call us we called bk no body answered ,the pool was closed bcz z lifeguard wasoff &this is on sunday,and they didnt even change the pool water it was covered by oily layer, i dnt recomend for people travelling wiz kids,maybe more for couples.

Great for a quick weekend in the mountains!

For a quick getaway on a small budget, the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to most areas in Brummana, really spacious room with an incredible view, 24 hours ease of access and pretty good WiFi! We didn't really check the TV for channels and the toilets were clean. We also had breakfast in our room on the last day and it was great. Really felt like a small home away from home. Power seldom went out and the Air Conditioner kept our room cool.

Only minor complaints were the lack of a Kettle in the room (although there's a fridge and turned out later all the coffees were included) and that the water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

A breathing piece of charming antique with stunning views!

The hotel has character and charm; it's every wall is decorated with paintings and posters echoing a charming yet definitely gone era for the region and the world. It's furniture bear witness to the same nostalgic connection. On a whole the hotel is a breathing piece of charming antique. And it's views are stunning.

It was a pleasent and joyful stay.

The view from the hotel room balcony was superb and also from the pool, the room is big and sunny, the garden for the morning breakfast is very pleasant, the breakfast is diverse and delicious, the reception staff and bellboy are very kind.

The room furniture is a bit old and no enough chairs in the room. The pool has no showers.
